Emeras CRM is a Web Application geared towards providing Emergency Assistance providers an easy, convenient, and relevant way to maintain data and track resources provided to its clientele. Advantages that Emeras CRM provides over off the shelf CRM applications is categorization of records which color records based on the category to easily tell what category the client is without having to read an entire record. System is currently in use at Dorcas Ministries and allows volunteers to be 50% more efficient in their daily work flow.
